Chicken Recipe with Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 2 tbsp ketchup sauce
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

You will also need table and knife for chopping, slow cooker pot, spoon

Preparation:

Season the chicken with pepper. In a bowl mix 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp ketchup sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, 1 tsp sugar. Put the chicken in the pot, add the previous mixture, stir well and cover Program the pot in Low for 4 hours and go! The chicken is juicy, soft and very rich in nutrition.

Recipe Chicken and Vegetables In Slow Cooker

It is made with chicken but you can use the meat if you have at home, the idea is to take what we have in the pantry. It is very rich and as you will see it is super simple to do.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast cut into medium pieces
  • 1 bowl of corn
  • 1 bowl of red beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of water
  • Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 carrot cut into pieces
  • Chicken cube

You will also need: Slow Cooker pot, Spoon Knife 

Preparation:

Put the chicken in the two cups of water with salt, pepper to taste and the chicken cube, let cook for 10 minutes or until you see that the chicken is well cooked. In the slow cooker pot put the potatoes, the carrot, beans, and corn, add the chicken pieces. Leave in the pot at High for 4 hours. Ready!

Beef Stew Recipe in Slow Cooker

it is a stew of beef and vegetables. It is very simple to make and you can complete it using the vegetables you have at home. Meat and vegetables are very soft and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • Beef cut into medium cubes
  • Potatoes cut in medium cubes
  • 1 carrot cut into medium cubes
  • A slice of green chili (pepper) minced
  • 1 slice of chopped onion
  • 2 pieces of minced coriander
  • 1 tomato pear minced
  • 1/2 can of whole corn (optional)
  • 1/2 can of mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack of beef broth 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation:

Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pan put the olive oil on a moderate heat. Brown the meat for 5 minutes, stirring to brown all sides. In a small cup, mix the water with the beef stock, soy sauce and a little pepper. In the slow cooker pot you place the ingredients in layers: first the potatoes, then the carrots, add the already golden meat, pepper, onion, cilantro, corn, mixed vegetables and finish with the cut tomato. Heat the pot put it on High for 4 hours and a half. Ready!

Ingredients:

  • Pork in one piece
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A piece of onion, green pepper, and 1 garlic
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce

You will also need: A slow cooker, a plate, a spoon, a small bowl

Preparation:

Place the piece of meat in the pot, make 3 -4 grooves widthwise with the knife so that the meat cooks well and also can absorb the condiments well. Add the seasonings and barbecue sauce. Program the pot at High for 4 hours. When it’s ready, take out the meat and place it on a plate. Take out the remaining juice in the pot and put it in a small bowl, add the barbecue sauce and stir well. Ready!

To serve place small pieces of meat dipped in the sauce you prepared, you can accompany with mashed potatoes and a mixed salad
