If you have been looking for a unique recipe, then this is it for you. This is a quick meal that you can prepare at any time of the day. The ingredients are one can of black beans, 1 cup of salsa, a cup of shredded jack cheese, flour tortillas, a tablespoon of chili powder and a tablespoon of ground cumin.

Cook the cumin, chili powder, salsa and beans in one pan and mash the beans slightly. Keep stirring as you add some water. Flatten the tortillas and fold them into an envelope. You may eat them whole while hot or pack them for lunch,

The Cajun Sliced Pork Chops

Among the many quick meals that I have come across this one tops the list for me. You can prepare it and have it in only 15 minutes. Ingredients are pork chops, one and a half teaspoons of extra virgin oil, a half a teaspoon of garlic salt, ground pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and dried sage leaves. You should first mix the cumin, black pepper, sage, garlic salt and marinate the pork chops with the mixture. Get a skillet, a large one mind you and place the pork chops in heated olive oil and cook until the pork is no longer pink in color.
