It is said that a healthy body has a healthy mind. So it’s very important to take care of your health because bad health not only affects your body but also destroy your peace of mind that disturbs your work and social life as well.

Here we are sharing some simple and quick meals recipe that won’t take your much time with all the available ingredients from your kitchen.

1. Oat Meal with Apple and Nuts Quick Meal (Breakfast)

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal 1 cup
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ Tsp
  • Homey 1 Tsp
  • Apple 1 small
  • Nuts crushed 1 Tsp

Directions:

In a pan boil the milk, add oat meal of your choice, cinnamon powder and cover for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked well.

In a bowl add the cooked oatmeal and top with apple slices.

A perfect breakfast is ready for you.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries 100gm
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Ice cubes 2 to 3

Directions:

Wash and cut the strawberries into 4 pieces.

In a blender add strawberries, milk, ice cubes and blend until a smoothie form.

Now pour it into a glass and have it with your breakfast or whenever you like.

3. Club Sandwich Quick Meal (lunch)

Ingredients:

  • Bread 4 to 8 slices
  • Mayonnaise 200gm
  • Cabbage few leaves
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Eggs Boiled 2
  • Chicken Boiled & shredded
  • Soya sauce 1 Tsp
  • Vinegar ½ Tsp
  • Salt as to taste
  • Black pepper ½ Tsp

Directions:

Chop all the vegetables in slices. In a bowl add mayonnaise, chicken, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar, and chopped vegetables and mix it well.

You can store this mixture for a week in the refrigerator and use it as a quick meal whenever you want.

Now paste that mixture on a slice of bread and put the sliced boiled eggs on it and then put the other slice on it. You can grill the bread if you like.

So here a delicious quick meal is ready for you.

4. Lentil Soup with Grilled Chicken Quick Meal (Dinner)

Ingredients:

  • Mix lentils 100gm (soak overnight)
  • Salt ½ Tsp
  • Soya sauce ½ Tsp
  • Vinegar ½ Tsp
  • Black pepper powder ¼ Tsp
  • Water 600ml
  • Chicken breast 100 gm
  • Lemon juice ½ Tsp
  • White pepper ½ Tsp
  • Olive oil 2 Tsp

Directions:

In a pot add the lentils, water, black pepper, salt then cover with a lid and cook until lentils are soft and mix on & off.

In a bowl add chicken, lemon juice, white pepper and marinate it for half an hour till that lentil soup would be ready.

When the lentils are cooked, pour them into a soup bowl and add soya sauce and vinegar.

Now grill the chicken breast in electric grill, when it’s done cut into slices.

On a plate put the grilled chicken and soup bowl and enjoy your dinner.
