1. Light Pasta Recipe with Spinach and Cheese

The first pasta recipe is very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of chickpea and corn fusilli
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 100 grams of Parmesan cheese

It is a very simple recipe. While the macaroni is cooking put the water in a pan once it starts to boil then add pasta for about 20 minutes. Wash spinach and chop them. Once you have the pasta ready, drain it well. Put two spoons of olive oil in another pan and add the macaroni, spinach, and cheese. Now, mix everything well. Now it is ready to eat!

2. Vegetable Pasta of Peas and Zucchini with Pesto

This second pasta recipe is going to be prepared with vegetable pasta. This pasta is made with zucchini and peas that apart from being healthy gives color to your dishes. We have chosen to accompany this recipe a pesto sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams zucchini and peas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A pot of pesto sauce and grated cheese

In a pan boil water and toss the vegetable paste and leave for about 20 minutes. While they are done, cut the garlic very small and fry it with a little olive oil. Remove it from the fire so that it does not burn. The next step is to add the pesto sauce to the pan with the garlic, mix it with the garlic. Then, drain the pasta well and add it to the pan, remove everything well and set it aside. Serve it with the cheese on top. Take advantage!

3. Healthy Pasta Recipes: Spaghetti with Prawns and Basil

For this pasta recipe, we change the macaroni for the spaghetti and we are going to make a dish in the sailor style.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of spaghetti
  • 12 peeled and cooked prawns
  • some basil leaves
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil and pepper

As in the previous recipes, we put the water to boil to cook the pasta. While it is done, about 20 minutes, put a pan with a little olive oil and saute the prawns, add the black olives cut into slices and set aside. Remove the spaghetti and drain them well. Add them to the pan and saute it with everything. Our vegetable pasta dish is ready, take advantage!

4. Pasta Recipe with Cherry Tomatoes in Salad with Spinach

Among the pasta dishes, we could not forget the pasta salads that we like so much.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of fusilli vegetable paste of chickpeas and corn
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 50 grams of peeled and cooked prawns
  • Pepper and salt

To prepare this salad recipe you also need to cook the pasta for 20 minutes. Put it in a pot to boil and while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash and cut the spinach and yellow pepper. Put a pan with olive oil and saute the prawns and set aside until they cool a bit. When the pasta is finished, drain it well and let it cool. Mix it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and season it to taste.
