Low Calories Meal Replacement Shakes And Diet Pills – Are They Effective

Recently, an American soldier was recently found dead in his own bed at the U.S. Military’s Combined Joint Stock Yards in Okinawa. Yes, in military terms he was quickly pronounced “Killed on Purpose.” Now then, one might wonder if perhaps he could have been a candidate for low calories meal replacement shakes had he been alive. To paraphrase the late George Carlin “What did I eat last night to die young?” Yes, in fact, there was food inside of his blood stream that he probably shouldn’t have been eating and yet, here he was, dead with a bullet in his brain.

Why Do People Prefer Shakes ?

Indeed, this is precisely why so many people around the world are looking to lose weight with low calories meal replacement shakes. At least, not as quick and easy as say, losing 20 lbs. by the end of the summer Olympics in London, but certainly much quicker and more fun. How often have you wanted to grow old and yet never been able to?

I’ve known some people that lose a lot of weight and yet, suddenly, they look just as good as someone who has just lost the same amount of weight. It’s as if they have magically gained a few pounds. Of course, I don’t know about you, but I really wouldn’t expect to see the guy at the gym next week after he’s run a marathon and he’s gained 20 pounds. If only he had low calories meal replacement shakes… or even better, a low fat, high fiber, high protein shake. It would have saved him a lot of time and trouble.

And if you’re trying to lose weight, you can count me in. I can’t stand to eat unhealthy foods any more. Even a bag of potato chips and an apple are way too easy to turn into sugar and fat. The other day, I was at the grocery store and I noticed that there were a lot of low calories meal replacement shakes that were being advertised. It wasn’t that I was hungry, but it did seem that I was starting to see a lot more protein in my diet.

Think Twice Before You Purchase Them

I actually had to think hard about whether or not I should purchase them. Yes, low calorie meal replacement shakes and recipes can be part of a low carb or keto meal plan. They can be used to replace meals or snacks, for a meal replacement shake, or to help boost your energy during the day. As I was thinking about that last statement, I remembered that Rogge has low carb Rogge Nutrient Whey and FRS shakes. So I looked it up on the internet and decided that I might try it.

Brand Review

First of all, as you may have guessed, the brand is delicious. The flavor seems to be a combination of traditional fruit juice (atori) flavors along with some vanilla. These tasty drinks are a long time favorite of professional athletes and gym goers everywhere. While there are certainly plenty of low calories meal replacement shakes out there that doesn’t taste anywhere near as good as Rogge, I found that the taste was consistently excellent. It took me a long time to get used to the texture and the slightly bitter flavor, but I’ve been using the shakes consistently for over a year now, and I’ve never had any negative reactions to it.

Summing Up

While the shakes aren’t ideal for people with diabetes or high blood pressure, they’re also not going to cause unwanted side effects like many of the other diet pills on the market do. In fact, even if you take your low calories meal replacement shakes and diet pills daily, you’ll likely never experience any adverse side effects until your body gets used to them. For example, I experienced very little weight loss when I first started taking them. It took some time, but I believe the weight loss I experienced was primarily due to the fact that I was gradually adapting my eating habits to include more natural foods like fruits and vegetables instead of processed junk foods and fast food.
