Top 5 Vegetarian Recipes for your kids

1. Vegetarian Nuggets

Crush  or 3 carrots, depending on size while steaming 3 glasses of broccoli flowers. Next, add the grated carrot and steamed broccoli with 1 clove of chopped garlic, 2 eggs, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. A little trick: if the dough is brittle, add a little water until you get the right consistency.

To finish make some balls with the dough and flatten to get the shape of the nuggets. Sprinkle the result in bread crumbs and fry in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. You can serve them with ketchup or honey and mustard sauce, or the one your children prefer.

2. Beans and Vegetables

These nuggets with vegetables and beans are a great source of energy for your children and for you. To make them, put 1 glass of beans to soak and leave overnight. The next morning drain and crush them together with 2 slices of bread, 1 medium carrot, 1 small zucchini and 75g of cheese. When all the ingredients are well combined add 25g of peas and 25g of corn. Mix everything and put it in the oven for 20 or 25 minutes turning it halfway through cooking. Let stand once removed from the oven and serve.

3. Nuggets with Potato

To make these healthy vegetarian recipes for children start by chopping very fine or crush potato, carrot, and onion. Add some whole peas. Cook all the vegetables in a pan until tender. Add bread crumbs to the mix you have made with all the vegetables and let cool in the fridge until it is easy to handle. When the dough is moldable form the nuggets that you will then rub and pass through the pan.

4. Snacks with Carrot, Apple and Oats

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Mix 1 apple and 3 grated carrots and a ⅓ glass of uncooked oatmeal. Unite everything until it is well combined and a kind of paste is formed. Shape the nuggets and pass them by beaten egg and later by bread crumbs. Place them on the baking tray and cook for about 30 minutes. This is a recipe that you can freeze once cooked to reheat bakes the snacks for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Steam broccoli, zucchini, carrot, peppers, and cauliflower. Chop all the vegetables with the help of a food processor (or by hand, as you prefer) and add a ½ tablespoon of olive oil, a ½ cup of grated cheese and 1 glass of bread crumbs or bread crumbs.
