- 2-pound salmon sides
- 5 sprigs of rosemary or any fresh herb of your choice.
- 2 lemons (for taste and garnish)
- 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- ½ tsp. ground, black pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Optional: chopped fresh herbs
- Defrost your salmon while you prepare the other ingredients and tools. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, then put a large piece of aluminum foil on your baking sheet. Make sure that it’s big enough to cover the whole salmon.
- Coat the foil lightly with baking spray. Arrange 2 sprigs of rosemary in the middle. Make thin slices with one of the lemons and place them on top of the rosemary, then place the salmon on top.
