Bell peppers with fried egg

Baked avocado with egg and mozzarella cheese

Lunch:

Tomato soup with cheese rolls.

Dinner: 

Grilled tomatoes, onion and bell peppers with grilled steak

Day 7

Breakfast:

Almonds shake with baked eggs in bell peppers

Lunch:

Caesar salad with cream sauce

Dinner: 

Shrimps stir fry cooked in butter and fresh veggies.

Note: After or before meals, you can take coffee or tea without sugar but green tea is the best option. It would be great if you drink green tea in the early mornings it increases your metabolism and helps to lose fat. Moreover, do not take any beverages or sugary drinks. You can drink lemon water or drinking plain water is best. Try to drink 8 glasses of water daily.
