First of all, Cut the fillets into thin strips. In a dish, toss the chopped garlic, the oregano, the paprika, and the lemon juice. - 3 chicken breasts
- 400 g broccoli
- 200 g frozen peas
- 2 pieces’ chive
- Virgin olive oil
Cut the breasts into sticks. Separate the broccoli sprigs, cook for 2 minutes in salted water, drain and reserve. Dora the chicken sticks seasoned in a frying pan with the oil. Add the peeled and chopped spring onions and sauté 2 minutes. Season with pepper and cumin, add the broccoli and peas, cook 2 minutes and add the chopped mint.
Diced Chicken Breaded with Olives

- 400 g chicken breasts
- 50 g flour
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 60 g pitted green olives
- 200 ml olive oil
Pour the flour into a deep dish and the bread crumbs into another. Shell the eggs in a bowl, sprinkle lightly and beat. Cut the chicken into cubes of 4 cm on each side and sprinkle them. Heat the oil in a pan. Pass the chicken dice by flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs, fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown and drain on kitchen paper. Chop the olives, pass through beaten egg and bread crumbs, fry 10 seconds and drain.
Serve the fried chicken in a dish with the olives and accompany it with the garnish you prefer (vegetables).
Snacks of Caramelized Chicken Wings
The wings are one of the tastiest chicken parts. They do not have much meat but they concentrate a lot of flavors. - Chicken wings trunks
- Orange juice
- 1 Orange skin
- 2 spoon honey
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Separate the meat from the chicken wings to the middle of the bone so you can easily hold them by eating with your fingers. Garnish them well in a pan with olive oil and remove them on kitchen paper. Drain the remaining oil and add the orange juice, honey, and skins to the pan and reduce until a caramel density is obtained. Dab the wings well with this caramel, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well. Serve immediately so they do not get cold.
