Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour 1 Cup
  • Baking powder 1 Tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ Tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 Tsp (Optional)
  • Egg 1
  • Banana 1 (mashed)
  • Oil 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla essence ½ Tsp
  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Topping:
  • Strawberry
  • Almonds 6 to 7

Directions:

In a bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon powder and mix.

Now add egg, oil, milk, and mashed banana mix until a smooth batter forms.

Pour a small amount of batter on a non-stick pan and give it a round shape with a spoon.

Change the side when bubbles upsurge, cook each side for 1 min. Top with strawberry and nuts so here your breakfast is ready to eat.

  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices, sprinkle some salt and mix.

In a bowl, add the eggs, black pepper, and salt and beat well.

Heat the cooking oil and fry potatoes for 2-3 min, then add onion and cook for 1 min.

Add the fried potatoes and onions in eggs mixture.

Now in a frying pan, add cooking oil and add egg mixture evenly and cook on low flame for 2-3 min. Then turn the sides carefully and cook another side for 2-3 min too.

Ingredients:

  • Carrot ½ cup
  • Bell pepper 1
  • Eggs 3
  • Cashew ½ cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Cooking oil 1 tbsp.
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar

Directions

In a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar and mix well.

Add cooking oil in a nonstick pan, pour the mixture and cook for 2 min as scrambled egg.

In another pan heat some cooking oil, add the chopped cashews minced ginger, sliced carrot and bell peppers cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add salt to taste, soy sauce, pepper, and vinegar, stir-fry it for 1 min.

Add the mixed eggs and cook for 1 more min. Top it with green chili flakes and some cashew nuts.
