1 whole lobster, about 1.5-2 pounds

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter

1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme

2) Cut lobster in half lengthwise, being careful not to cut through the tail. Remove the intestinal vein and any other debris.

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup (240 ml) grated Gruyere cheese

1 cup (240 ml) grated Cheddar cheese

1/2 pound (225 g) cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2) Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions.

3) In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.

4) Add stock and cream, and whisk until smooth. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Directions:

1) In a large bowl, mix together lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery salt.

2) Cut a slit in the side of each roll and spread butter inside.
